Discover the rich history of Rippavilla Plantation and the Cheairs family by taking part in our daily guided tours. Available seven days per week, these tours begin on the hour and run approximately 60 minutes in length. Easily schedule in advance or simply join in during your visit. Either way, it will be time well spent while at Rippavilla Plantation.

Paranormal activity. It intrigues people, both young and old, and leaves us looking for logical explanations to unusual events. At Rippavilla Plantation, we regularly seek answers through “Whispers” investigations with resident paranormal investigator, Laura Bentley. Tickets are $85.00 per person and require advance purchase. Guests must be at least 18 years of age.
